What you'll do

Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.

Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.

Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
n
Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
n
Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
n
Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.

About you – to be successful in this role you will be:

Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop setting.

Experience working in a fast‐paced environment.

Experience in Customer Service and Sales environments.
n
