About the Role
n We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a large-scale mixed-use construction project currently transitioning from pre-construction into full delivery. This is a key appointment within the project team and will play a critical role in overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme milestones are achieved.
n Working alongside senior management, you will provide robust site leadership and help drive project outcomes across safety, quality, programme and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site personnel.
n
Drive site safety, quality and programme performance.
n
Monitor construction activities and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
n
Work closely with project leadership to maintain productivity and programme objectives.
n
Conduct site meetings and manage subcontractor performance.
n




Identify and proactively resolve construction issues.
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS and legislative requirements.
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and project delivery.
n

Experience Required

n

n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial, mixed-use or high-rise developments.
n
Strong structural and concrete construction experience.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction programmes and multiple stakeholders.
n
Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.
n
Solid understanding of safety, quality and programme delivery.
n
Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in a quick-paced construction environment.
n
Relevant construction qualifications and site-based certifications.
n
