The Role

Project Administrator

Reporting directly to the Project Admin Team Lead and General Manager, you will be the administrative heartbeat of our projects. You will require a White Card/Construction Card. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Document Control: Manage tender documents, technical drawings, and project correspondence.
Financial Administration: Handle Xero bookkeeping, process invoices/purchase orders,



and track progress claims and variations.
Project Support: Assist Foreman with daily tasks and ensure all project documentation meets compliance standards including site visits.
General Administration: Manage physical and electronic filing systems and provide overflow support to the wider team.

What We’re Looking For
Organisational Excellence: You have a high level of attention to detail and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
Tech Savvy: Previous experience with Xero and Bluebeam is highly regarded.
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You are proactive, adaptable, and ready to jump in where needed.
Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and professionally with everyone from site tradies to corporate clients.
