2nd Class Welders & Fabricators / Structural Welders

Experienced Welders and Fabricators wanted for ongoing shift work with a leading heavy machinery attachment manufacturer, plus structural welder opportunities with a rapid-growing manufacturer expanding across Australia. Temp to perm, excellent rates, weld test required.

38 hours per week + OT

Temp to perm prospects
n
AM and PM shifts
n
Roles available in three locations: Yatala, Meadowbrook and Coomera
n

Duties:

n

n
MIG welding and/or structural welding to AS1554.1
n
Fabrication and assembly of parts to engineering/fabrication drawings
n




Structural steel cutting, weld prepping (grinding) and tacking
n
Operating robotic welding equipment (where applicable)
n
Secondary duties as required: goods receipting, flooring, and general factory-hand work
n

Requirements:

n

n
Proven experience as a 2nd Class Welder and/or Structural Welder/Fabricator
n
MIG and/or structural welding experience with medium steel
n
Able to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
n
Physically fit with full working rights, no restrictions
n
Willingness to complete a weld test as part of the interview process
