Your New Opportunity:

We have a great new chance for a Spotter / General Hand to join our team at our soil disposal & processing site in Tatachilla, SA.

This is an exciting prospect to start a new career within Waste Management, with potential growth opportunity including obtaining various tickets such as Loader, Excavator and Dozer.

Your recent position will see you:
Spotting trucks when tipping off on our clean-fill site
Confirming trucks have the correct materials and this matches the description prior to disposal.
Use UHF radio to communicate effectively with staff to ensure safe and effective operations on-site
Assist with traffic management onsite
Undertake small general hand duties
Assist operating Water Cart for dust management onsite

About you:
Proven experience as a Spotter or General Hand (preferable but not essential).
Very reliable as you will be working in team environment
Excellent communication skills
Keen to learn and willing to ask questions




Safety-first mindset
Labouring experience.
Water Cart experience (preferable but not essential).
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work without supervision.
Ability to proactively solve problems and present practical workplace solutions.
