National Business Development Manager - Water Treatment

We're seeking an experienced and commercially focused National Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Water Treatment portfolio throughout Australia.

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales ANZ, you'll identify current business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver revenue and margin growth across key market segments.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and market growth
Build and manage a robust national sales pipeline
Promote and specify water treatment solutions to customers, consultants and contractors
Develop strategic customer and industry relationships
Provide technical and commercial expertise to support customer success
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with product, marketing and operational teams to support business objectives

About You
Proven success in business development, sales or account management




Solid relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and commercial outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in water treatment, pumps, industrial products, engineering, infrastructure or related industries is highly regarded
Strong understanding of water treatment chemistry and filtration and how it forms part of the practical customer solution.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
