Accounts Payable Officer (Medium Density)

Our client is a multi-award winning Victorian company that focuses on multi-residential, medium density, and detached dwelling projects. With a focus on integrity, quality, and reliability. Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer familiar to the construction industry to implement recent processes and systems, and take ownership of running all aspects of a full-function accounts payable role.

You will be responsible for:

Matching invoices to Purchase Orders to process in Databuild
n
Liaising with estimating & drafting team where required
n
Management of 'accounts' inbox
n
Primary contact to answer suppliers & subcontractors queries
n




Complying with approvals process for payments
n
Ensuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runs
n
Archiving of digital documents with Companion software
n
Management of progress stage-claims & debt control
n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
n
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
n
Experience in Databuild or similar construction software
n
Experience in MYOB or similar accounting software
n
