Job Description

Mounties Group, NSW-based, is seeking a motivated part time Customer Service Attendant / Relief Duty Manager for Breakers Country Club in Wamberal. You will be the face of frontline service across the bar, gaming and concierge, overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key duties include managing customer relationships, enforcing procedures, coaching staff, ensuring compliance with liquor, food, RSA/RCG, HACCP and gaming regulations, and rostering using TANDA. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.
