About the role
Our Townsville is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with strong project management capabilities and site investigation experience to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to a diverse range of projects across key sectors including renewables, transport, and infrastructure, working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you must work closely with, and mentor, a team of geotechnical specialists by delivering design solutions, and providing advice and technical support. You will be required to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, specialist contractors, other consultants and suppliers throughout Australia.
Will also be required to contribute to the further development and continuing improvement of CMW technical and operational systems and procedures.
What You'll Need
A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a geotechnical consultancy
Project Management experience
Site Investigations experience
Hold RPEQ status
At least 2 years of experience in Australia
A full Australian driver's license
Good interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Full working rights in Australia
