Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice and representation to clients across all industries
Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases
Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law and advising clients accordingly
Collaborating with other legal specialists to provide comprehensive legal services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Solicitor
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
