Hays is currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Tier 3 educational builder in North Perth.
This is a $9M recent build primary school.
Within this permanent position you will work on full design and construct educational projects from $9m-25M in value, overseeing on site works.
You will have the support of a Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
This is a well known builder with regular and trustworthy sub-contractors operating over 10 years.
About the Role The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Projects include mainly high schools & primary schools
Responsibilities
Manage site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
Construction Diploma or similar is an advantage
Experience as a Site Manager managing Design & Construct projects within commercial construction with a main builder ( 5 years required)
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

$150-180K depending on experience advantages car
