We’re looking for a Wellness Concierge to join our South Yarra club on weekends.
You’ll be a key presence across our gym floor and bathhouse, creating an exceptional member experience and ensuring every space feels immaculate, considered and unmistakably SAINT HAVEN.
The Role
You’ll move across the club throughout your shift, anticipating what members need before they need to ask.
Deliver warm, personalised and intuitive service across the gym floor and bathhouse
Welcome members and build genuine relationships
Support members with equipment, wellness spaces and club amenities
Maintain exceptional presentation across training, recovery and bathhouse areas
Keep towels, water and premium amenities replenished throughout the club
Ensure equipment and wellness spaces are clean, organised and ready to use
Complete regular checks and elevate maintenance or operational issues
Bring energy, polish and attention to detail to every shift
About You
You love wellness, people and creating exceptional experiences. You’re proactive, polished and understand that luxury lives in the details.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Cert III or IV in Fitness underway or completed, or be studying Exercise Science, Nutrition, Sports Management or similar
Current First Aid & CPR
Robust communication skills and natural confidence with people
A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellness
A skilled, service-led approach
