Clinical Nurse - ICU

Employment Term: Two Permanent Part Time positions with 72 hours per fortnight.

n

Location: Opposite Roma St Parklands, St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, a short walk to Brisbane city.

n

Remuneration: $55.63–$59.61 per hour + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances.

n

Responsibilities

n

Provide exceptional patient care in your clinical area, addressing nursing issues and concerns.
n
Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team through effective decision‐making and support.
n
Lead by example through excellent communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
n
Coordinate and prioritise the ward's clinical load.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Minimum 2 years of postgraduate registered nursing experience within ICU.
n
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
n
Critical Care Certificate desirable or working towards one.
n
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership,



support and mentorship.
n
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements.
n
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo a national criminal history check and functional assessment.
