Skills and Experience
n
n
Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, with a track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor
n
Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
n
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by robust organisational and time‐management skills
n
Masterful in both written and spoken communication
n
Capable of embracing a adaptable rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
