The Role

This is a phone-based sales role where you will be responsible for contacting existing clients, warm leads and cold leads, generating recent prospects and booking appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:




Making outbound calls to existing clients and prospective clients
Following up on warm and cold leads
Building rapport and identifying opportunities
Generating leads and booking appointments
Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
Working towards call and sales targets

What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience in an outbound call centre, sales, appointment setting or telemarketing role
Experience working in the education sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential – it’s all about personality!
A strong sales mindset
Great interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
Self-motivated with a positive and energetic vibe
Resilient, proactive and comfortable picking up the phone
