Juniper Community is seeking a Podiatrist to join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care Team. This is an autonomous, community-based role involving travel across the North Perth Metropolitan area, with optional, fully paid travel to regional and remote locations including Northam and the East Kimberley.

We are recruiting for a full time or part-time position. Work is Monday to Friday during core business hours, with flexibility to negotiate days and hours with the successful candidate(s).

Key Responsibilities
n

Assess feet and provide routine foot care
n
Diagnose and treat foot-related conditions, including wound care and diabetic and neurovascular foot assessments
n
Provide advice and education to clients and families on footwear and foot care
n
Assess, prescribe, and fit surgical or orthopaedic footwear
n
Deliver corrective treatments as required
n
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including progress notes and care plans, to support the delivery of high-quality care
n

Key Requirements
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration
n
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Experience in community or aged care settings (desirable)
n
Ability to work autonomously while delivering empathetic, person-centred care to older clients
n
Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage a mobile caseload
n
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary health specialists and service providers
n
Solid clinical documentation and reporting skills
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n

Competitive hourly rate of $44.53-$61.58 depending on experience, plus 12% superannuation, plus access to salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 per year
