Job Description

We are looking for a agile Regional Business Manager to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience excellence across an assigned dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

n

n
Deliver sales, profitability, and customer experience targets across assigned dealerships.
n
Align dealer operations with national business objectives through strategic guidance and tactical support.
n
Contribute to regional campaigns to grow market share and brand presence.
n

n

Reporting & Performance Management

n

n
Prepare weekly regional performance reports (including WoW summaries).
n
Oversee daily order intake reporting and monthly dealer forecast submissions (target variance +/-10%).
n
Analyse enquiries, test drives, and order intake to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
n
Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights.
n
Manage Dealer LAM plans and visitation reports, maintaining accurate CRM records.
n
Build robust relationships with Dealer Principals and management teams.
n
Act as the primary contact for dealership support, resolving operational, stock, and logistics queries.
n




Conduct regular dealer visits, delivering structured feedback and performance improvement plans.
n

Role Requirements

n

n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Automotive Engineering, or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales, business development, or dealer network management.
n
Demonstrated ability to drive regional sales growth and commercial performance.
n
Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing capability.
n
Highly organised, self‐motivated, and strategically minded with practical problem‐solving ability.
