Principal Consultant | Investments, Capital & Asset Management

We're seeking a Investment Associate to join a high-performing real estate investment team managing a diversified fund spanning hotels, residential, office, and logistics.

n

The role is hands-on investment management with a focus on joint ventures with development partners. You'll be responsible for monitoring project performance, managing risks, and ensuring value is maximised across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day portfolio management of joint venture developments.
n
Oversight of project reporting, financial models, and feasibility analysis.
n
Identification and mitigation of development risks across planning, construction, and delivery.
n
Close collaboration with external development partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
n
Active involvement in investment reviews, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
n

What we're looking for

3–6 years' experience in real estate investment, development, or funds management.
n
Solid understanding of development project risks (planning, delivery, cost, sales, market).
n
Financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
n
Commercially sharp, able to challenge assumptions and drive outcomes.
n
Confident communicator who can build trust with JV partners and senior stakeholders.
n
