Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your store team to build commitment and role clarity through clear, engaging communication.

Use your business savvy and strong planning skills to drive the team to consistently hit budgets and key metrics.

Foster a culture that truly understands your local community, using customer feedback as a main pillar in your day‐to‐day decisions.

Act as a forward‐thinking role model, creating energy and alignment around new business initiatives and team development.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline by coaching your team, focusing on development plans and succession planning.
