Champion all quality control processes.

Inspect incoming and outgoing products to meet quality and engineering standards.
n
Resolve quality issues identified by the manufacturing team.
n
With the Quality Manager, maintain key functions of the quality system, including disposition of non‐conformances.
n
Liaise with suppliers on non‐conformance issues.
n
Review customer defect claims with the Quality Manager.
n
Undertake internal audits.
n
Review and maintain production documentation.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar quality role.
n
Engineering trade background or strong production experience.
n
Experience with metal machining, sheet metal forming, metal casting, plastic moulding and forming.
n
Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T; & metrology techniques is an advantage.
n
Experience using measuring equipment and ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and documents.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
n
Ability to multi‐task with an eye for detail.
n
Capability to work individually or as a team to consistently deliver results.
n
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
n
Working knowledge of a Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949).
n
Exposure to lean manufacturing and/or continuous process improvement concepts.
n
Experience with cable manufacturing, PCBs and electronics highly valued.
n
Experience using Oracle Cloud; Agile PLM is an advantage.
n
