Brenntag is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our ANZ HR team. You will support payroll, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and Workday administration across Australia and Current Zealand, liaising with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and data integrity.

Responsibilities include onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding, contracts, remuneration reviews, and HR reporting.
