Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager

$95,000 – $135,000 per year (experience based)

We're looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager to join our finance team.

n

Reporting to the CFO and Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining solid financial controls and supporting continuous improvement across the finance function.

n

This is an exciting chance for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of financial reporting while also contributing to business improvement, systems transformation and strategic projects.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
CA or CPA qualification (or almost completed).
n
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability.
n
Experience managing month-end and year-end processes.
n
A passion for controls, governance and process improvement.
n
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.




n
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
n
Experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial environments will be highly regarded.

You'll be involved in:

Financial reporting and month-end close.
n
Statutory reporting and audit support.
n
Budgeting and forecasting activities.
n
Financial controls and governance initiatives.
n
Inventory and manufacturing finance analysis.
n
ERP implementation and systems improvement projects.
n
Partnering with leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales to provide commercial insights and support decision making.
n
Exposure to strategic finance projects and business transformation initiatives.
n
