About the Role:
Join our experienced theatre team delivering safe, compassionate patient care in a supportive, multidisciplinary workplace. We’re seeking skilled Anaesthetic, Scrub/Scout, PACU, and CSSD nurses & techs ready to grow their career.
What We’re Looking For:
Current AHPRA registration (for nurses)
2+ years theatre or PACU experience preferred
Solid clinical, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a confidential, multidisciplinary team
Competent in IT, record keeping, and infection control
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care
Support medical staff and mentor junior nurses
Maintain accurate records and comply with policies
Contribute to quality, accreditation, and safety programs
Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
Participate in staff education and WH&S; initiatives
