What we need from you:
Understanding and experience across Sales Industry, Retail Industry or hands on Trade experience
Management or Assistant Management experience in Sales or Retail would be nice.

Confidence learning new computer systems and continually striving to upskill across technology and ways to improve the sales experience.

What your day will look like:
Managing phone, counter and email sales generated through solid customer relationships.
Prioritising customer needs especially when dealing with customer priority orders.
Learning and retaining product information both through external supplier information and our internal L&D; team
Problem solving with customers depending on customer project requirements
Participate in upholding meticulous merchandising standards as set out in company guidelines
