Bob White Australia Pty Ltd (Bob White Electrix) are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Electrical Motor Repairer/Armature Winder to join their team in Geelong VIC. Duties and Responsibilities:

n

Attend Toolbox mtgs as required
n
Adhere to laws, codes, statutory rules and regulations, industry, and national standards.
n
Work in a protected manner with respect to self and others
n
Undertake works to schedule and quality requirements
n
Furnish time sheets by close of business Friday on a weekly basis.
n
Keep accurate diary of meetings and daily activities.
n

High Voltage AC and DC Electric Motors Workshop

n

n
Plan jobs to co-ordinate repair activities and organize tools and work methods
n
Conduct detailed analysis and inspections to determine necessary maintenance and repair method of AC and DC Electric Motors.
n
Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
n

n





Recommend changes such as recent equipment or modified procedures to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

n

n
As required purchase required materials for projects, ensure accurate costing of PO for processing in Workbench
n
Adherence to company IMS requirements and standards as otherwise directed by the Bob White Electrix from time to time.
n

Skills and Abilities:

n

n
Proven experience in electric motor repair, armature rewinding, and maintenance.
n
Knowledge of various types of electric motors, including AC, DC, and industrial motors.
n
Experience with diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
n
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical motor issues.
n

n

Salary range is $75,000-90,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 8th July 2026 and closes on 8th August 2026
