Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate (minimum 4 PQE) required to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Perth. You will work under Partners Rohan Mishra and Kate Casellas in a busy transactional practice supporting corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds.

Responsibilities

Work on a broad range of transactional matters for corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds.
n
Collaborate with senior lawyers and other practice areas to deliver high quality legal services.
n
Contribute to industry‐leading deals and cutting-edge financing structures.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 PQE in law.
n
Ideally experience in a similar role or private practice.
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills with impact.
n
Intellectually inquisitive and eager to learn.
n
Collegial mindset and teamwork orientation.
