Machine Learning Platform (for build, train and deploy ML models): AWS SageMaker for Model hosting. Hugging Face is valuable to have.

Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions, into an enterprise scale production environments, with a focus on application security and observability.
n
Experience building and deploying enterprise grade agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
n
Robust programming skills in Python, and experience with full-stack development, ensuring quality with automated unit and regression testing.
n
Considerable hands-on experience with the following AI "tech stack".

Semantic Kernel

SageMaker
n
Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.

Experience deploying Generative AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, and the development and implementation of security guardrails.
n
Experience delivering software solutions in a banking setting.
n
Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus.
n
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
