Role Description The Sales Stylist is a full time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. In this position, the Sales Stylist assists customers with product selection, provides styling advice, and delivers an engaging, customer-focused in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, recommending outfits and accessories, and ensuring the sales floor is well-presented and stocked.

The role also involves processing transactions, handling exchanges or returns, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale operations.

The Sales





Stylist collaborates with the team to meet sales targets, supports visual merchandising initiatives, and promotes Cerroni’s brand values through professional and attentive service.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
Demonstrated interest in fashion, styling, and current trends, with the ability to translate customer preferences into outfit recommendations.
Retail or sales experience, including cash handling and use of point-of-sale systems, is highly beneficial.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining store presentation, stock levels, and fitting room standards.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods, and to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to delivering an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory customer experience.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills; prior experience in fashion retail or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $86,533.37 per year
