About the Role
n
We are seeking a agile and results-driven Client Engagement Manager to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you will:
n

Drive growth by identifying current business opportunities and expanding our client base.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community organisations.
n
Use your clinical experience to provide high-quality care pathways, assessments, and oversight for Support at Home participants.
n
Represent Lumia Care at industry and community events.
n
Travel across Adelaide to meet clients and support service delivery.
n
n
This is a fast-paced, hybrid role combining clinical expertise with business development, client engagement, and relationship management.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
n
Develop and maintain referral networks
n
Manage sales pipeline and CRM activity
n
Conduct consultations and design tailored service solutions
n
Support onboarding and service delivery alignment
n
Identify opportunities for service expansion
n
n
About You
n
n
Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse with solid clinical assessment and care planning skills
n
Minimum 3 years post‐graduate nursing experience
n
Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or sales
n
Excellent relationship‐building, communication, and negotiation skills
n
Confidence working autonomously and managing a portfolio of clients
n
Comfortable driving across Adelaide for client visits
n
Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
