We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Hobart pad. The Role:

n

n
Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
n
Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
n
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‐of‐house administration.
n
Tuesday to Saturday (25 hours a week).
n

The Ideal Candidate:

n

n
Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
n
Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
n
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
