Key Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
n
5–8+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or service management.
n
Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and operational processes.
n
Industry experience (e.g., manufacturing, real estate, retail, logistics, hospitality) is an advantage.
