Job Description

Uniting Country SA in Port Augusta is seeking a Women's Practitioner to provide culturally secure, trauma-informed and family-led support to Aboriginal women and families. You will deliver case management, practical assistance, advocacy and warm referrals to strengthen safety, wellbeing and cultural connections.

You will collaborate with Elders, Ngai Nhina Yura and other services to deliver coordinated, healing support and develop family-led plans in a respectful, community-focused workplace.
