Field Service Technician - Gates, Docks, and Doors

At Docksafe, we specialise in the installation, service, and repair of loading dock equipment, roller doors, and automated gates across warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial sites.

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Fitter or experienced Field Service Technician to join our growing Brisbane field service team.

This is a mobile role where you'll independently service equipment on-site, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults, and keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair loading dock equipment, automatic gates, and roller doors
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment audits
Installation & commissioning of current equipment
Use our app-based system to log reports and documentation
Uphold site safety standards and Docksafe procedures




Maintain qualified relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Mechanical aptitude – welding and hydraulic knowledge will be an advantage
Electrical qualifications (or low-voltage electrical troubleshooting experience)
Ability to work independently and think on your feet
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to travel across SEQ
