About the Role

n

As a Registered Nurse / Educator, you'll work across two key areas:

n

n
Clinical Care: Support participants with complex needs, review and update care plans, and provide hands‐on clinical expertise.
n
Education & Training: Build and deliver practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer)



to strengthen the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.
n

n

About You

n

n
Current AHPRA registration (RN)
n
Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settings
n
Robust background in nursing education and hands‐on training
n
Ability to translate care plans into easy‐to‐follow training materials
n
Excellent communication and documentation skills
n
Flexible and willing to travel to sites across NSW
n
