Proven experience in residential construction estimation, ideally within a low to mid-size company.

Passion for costing projects that will actually be built and the ability to work with the construction team on procurement processes to enact contractual terms.

An ability to interpret engineering designs for costing and constructability purposes.

A problem-solver who brings meticulous attention to detail and initiative.

Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships and project needs.
