We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development activities while assisting with the delivery of client events and exhibitions.

This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional looking to build experience in sales, marketing, and event operations within a client-servicing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing
Lead generation and business development activities
Identifying and contacting prospective clients
Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotations
Maintain CRM records and client databases
Assist with marketing activities related to events and exhibitions

Event & Exhibition Operations Support
Support senior team members in planning and delivering client events
Assist with coordination of vendors, venues, and suppliers
Support preparation of event materials and logistics
Assist during in office event and exhibition operations as required

Client & Team Coordination
Communicate with clients under guidance of senior team members
Coordinate internally with sales,



marketing, and operations teams
Support post-event follow-ups and reporting

Skills & Experience Required
Graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
Strong interest in sales, marketing, events, or exhibitions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and time-management abilities
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Proficiency in MS Office
