Job Description

As a Wedding and Events Sales Manager you will lead a team to secure and manage bookings for weddings and events, tailoring packages to ensure each client's special day is perfect.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage sales leads to optimize bookings.
n
Participate in meetings with senior management and wider sales team to discuss venue focus areas.
n
Collaborate with the operations team, providing full handover for wedding and event preparation.
n
Manage your schedule to maximize opportunities within the venue.
n
Act as primary point of contact for clients and suppliers.
n
Train, mentor and develop Wedding and Events Sales Coordinators.
n
Provide accurate reports to senior management and support teams.
n
Host show rounds, provide quotations, and secure bookings.
n

Other ad-hoc duties will be required from time to time and will be discussed in advance.

Qualifications and Skills

n

n




A minimum of 2 years sales experience (Essential).
n
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential).
n
Experience leading a team (Essential).
n
Excellent communication skills (Essential).
n
Experience with ResControl systems (Desirable).
n
