Hays are currently seeking an experienced contract administrator to join with a well known commercial construction company.
This organization is located in Osborne Park. You will have exposure to projects up to $25M in value, all design and construct.
Projects will include schools and educational facilities throughout Perth Metro.
Mainly office based you will have the support of other contract administrators, project managers and project directors.

Qualifications
Preferably a certification in construction management or similar
Prior experience in commercial contract administration is essential; a minimum of 2 years working on similar design and construct projects is required
