Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
n
Prepare and craft authentic Mexican dishes, including burritos and other menu items
n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant during overnight hours
n
Restock fridges and perform basic food preparation tasks
n
Handle cash and process payments accurately
n
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
n
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
n
Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the overnight operations
n

Qualifications

Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
n
Willingness to undertake a Responsible Service of Alcohol course
n
Ability to work overnight shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
n
Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
n
Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety practices
n
Keen attention to detail, particularly in food handling and presentation
n
Solid team player mentality with excellent communication skills
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
