About The Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised, in‑home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. No two days are the same - you’ll be out in the community making a genuine impact.

You Will
Provide person‑centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences
Assist with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
Work closely with case managers and families to deliver consistent care




Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.

You’ll Have
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Experience working in home care or aged care
A caring, respectful, and client‑focused approach
Robust communication and relationship‑building skills
A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a National Police Check
