Located in the heart of Flinders Lane, Restaurant 226 is a contemporary fine dining destination dedicated to exceptional food, steak, wine, and hospitality. We are currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

Positions Available
Restaurant Supervisor (Full time or Part-Time)
Food & Beverage Attendants (Part time or Casual)
Bartenders (Part-Time or Casual)

What We're Looking For

Restaurant Supervisor
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with the team
Robust understanding of premium dining service standards
Bartending skill and Wine Knowledge are preferable

Bartenders
Previous cocktail and bar experience required
Strong beverage expertise




Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

All Roles
Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium or fine dining restaurant in a similar position
Passion for food, wine, hospitality, and guest service
High standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
