We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead our growing venue.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and develop the FOH team
Manage labour costs and rostering
Drive sales and guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For
2+ years’ experience in hospitality, with previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven customer service excellence




Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a rapid-paced workplace
Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine
Problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
