Customer Success Specialist (Customer Service)

About the Role

n

We're growing our Customer Success Team at our Head Office and are looking for a customer‐focused team member to join our existing team.

n

You'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and positive experience throughout their furniture journey — from the moment their order is placed through to the successful delivery of their furniture.

n

Working closely with our customers and internal teams, you'll help coordinate the delivery process, communicate updates,



resolve any issues and ensure our customers feel supported every step of the way.

n

This is a Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm position based at our Head Office.

n

Have experience in a retail, hospitality or admin setting
