Job Description

Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp is seeking a passionate Lead Cook for the 2026 Winter Season. Based at Falls Creek, you will lead the kitchen, prepare nutritious meals and support kitchen assistants to keep campers well fed and smiling.

You will coordinate dietary needs, uphold food safety standards, and work with our YMCA team to deliver a welcoming, versatile and team-oriented cooking workplace for young people.
