What we are looking for

We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a excellent opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

Streetworks Operative
n

Scope of Role
n
Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
n
Duties may include
n
n
Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
n
Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
n
Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
n
Reliable and dependable with a valuable attitude to work
n
Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
n
Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
n
Setting up traffic lights.
n
Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
n
To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
n
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
n
Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
n
To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
n
Ensure secure working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
n
Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
n
Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
n
Right to Work in UKFull UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
