The Role
n
As Head Vet Nurse, you will take on a leadership role within the clinic, supporting and mentoring our nursing team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital.
This is a hands‐on role where you will balance leadership responsibilities with clinical nursing duties.

Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, train and mentor the nursing team.
n
Coordinate daily workflow and hospital operations.
n
Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
n
Assist with rosters and stock control.
n
Support veterinarians in all aspects of clinical care.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
n
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with leadership or senior nurse experience highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
Solid team player with the ability to lead by example.
n
Passionate about providing gold‐standard care for patients and clients.
