We're looking for an Part Time Assistant Store Manager (4 Days, 30 Hours) to join our Mt Gravatt store who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love for customer experience.

What you'll be doing

n

n
Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
n
Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
n
Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
n
Coach and support your team to deliver excellent service, every time
n

Who we're looking for

Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level
n
A confident leader who enjoys developing others

Passionate about creating great customer experiences

Must be available to work 30 hours a week across Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday nights (4 days)
