What Does Your Day Look Like?

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join a supportive global team and act as the go-to expert for regional hiring matters, partnering closely with local leaders to support the business growth strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation—with a strong focus on sales positions.
Sourcing & Networking:



Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For On You
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition in FOREX or fast-growing financial services industry.
Full skilled proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
