The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced First Aid Trainer to deliver accredited first aid training to a government client in the Western Port Bay region. This role focuses on qualified delivery, learner engagement, and the maintenance of high training standards.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, and HLTAID009 Provide CPR
n
Facilitate practical, engaging training sessions
n
Conduct assessments in line with training package requirements
n
Ensure compliance with RTO standards
n
Maintain a qualified standard in a government training setting
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
n
HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
n
HLTAID009 Provide CPR
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent minimum requirement)
n
Experience delivering training within the VET sector
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Strong verbal communication and ability to engage learners
n
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
ADF veteran or experience working within government or Defence environments
n
Experience delivering training to structured or disciplined organisations
n
n
