Job Description

Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
n
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
n
Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
n
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
n
Reception duties – meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping and processing payments.

Qualifications

n
Experience in dental procedures and terminology (ongoing training will be provided to the right candidate).
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n




Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
n
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid‐paced setting.
n
Proficiency in dental software.
n
